Bespoke dinnerware by Micòl Ceramics can add a personal touch to your special day. And, if properly cared for, it will last for generations.

Micòl’s “Sitges” collection is hand-thrown on the potter's wheel from fine porcelain, with meticulously hand-carved edges. The collection, in clean white with undulating lines, is inspired by the elegant and relaxed beach lifestyle of coastal Mediterranean towns.

The collection includes a 10.5” dinner plate, an 8” salad plate, a 6” bread plate, a bowl, and a teacup. As an added touch, tealight holders are available in colors matching your dinnerware. Pieces are available with or without custom monogramming. (The special monogram and colors for the dinnerware pictured on this page were conceived, designed, and selected by Happy Menocal Studio, an extremely talented illustrator/designer based in Brooklyn, NYC.)

We are open to custom colors and shapes - we want to make your wedding dinner as personal and memorable as possible!

For Micòl, crafting the “Sitges” collection is a labor of love. Each piece starts as a carefully-weighed ball of raw porcelain clay. From there, it is shaped into a plate or bowl on the potter’s wheel. After drying for a day, the edges are hand-carved with a knife, then gently softened with a sponge. A custom monogram can then be stamped into the surface of the plate. The pieces are then fired in the kiln, glazed, and fired again.
