TIME, THREE YEARS
"Time, three years" was a multimedia exhibition telling the story of my last three years in Spain, prior to moving to New York. The exhibition used porcelain sculptures and castings, photographs and photoceramics, and a looping short film of scenes from my early childhood.
"Variations" was an art installation in front of Elche's Center of Culture, L'Escorxador. The installation used two large stoneware sculptures and 567 small porcelain fragments. This piece was inspired by JS Bach's "Goldberg Variations," and is a reflection on how people can change over time.
This row of small sculptures was made in Italy, during a difficult personal time. An introspective composition in raw majolica with heat-resistant wire.
